Champagne du Goupil

Champagne du Goupil is the brainchild of Anne-Sophie Hennique, a former executive at Champagne Salon and Champagne Delamotte. With the mascot of a fox, or goupil, the brand is born out of a whimsical fable of a Monsieur Fox who travelled from Versailles to Champagne in search for the most fantastic fizz. The crafty connoisseur selected the finest vines, harvested his fruits, and decided to never leave Champagne again.

Based in Avize, the heart of Côte des Blancs, Champagne du Goupil premiere a vintage Blanc des blancs of millésime 2013. The cuvée comprises exclusively Grand Cru Chardonnay, aged for 9 years in 40% oak.
