WINE JOURNEY PROVIDES ONLINE WINE AND STEMWARE SHOPPING IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR TERMS. BY PLACING AN ORDER, YOU AGREE WITH OUR TERMS AND CONFIRM THAT YOU ARE OVER THE AGE OF 18. YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGING THAT THE PERSON RECEIVING A SHIPMENT OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES FROM WINE JOURNEY IS OVER THE AGE OF 18. IT IS ILLEGAL TO PURCHASE/CONSUME/ACCEPT ALCOHOL FOR PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18.

 

PRICES & VINTAGES

  • Prices shown online are in Singapore Dollars and inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing rate.
  • Prices and vintages on this website are subject to stock availability.
  • Wines sold are in 750ml unless otherwise stated.
  • Wine Journey reserves the right to adjust the prices of the product and remove any offer/promotion without prior notice.

 

ORDERS AND AVAILABILITY

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • You will receive an email or phone call acknowledging the details of your orders upon placing of orders.
  • Orders will not be accepted if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment, or that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or you do not meet the eligibility.
  • Wine Journey reserves the right to cancel unpaid orders at any time after due payment date.

 

PAYMENT

  • PayNow / PayLah
  • Cash Fund Transfer or TT payment

 

PRICE OF DELIVERY

  • Wine Journey provides free deliveries for purchases above S$350/-.
  • A delivery charge of S$30/- is applicable for purchases below S$350/-.

 

GOODS ACCEPTANCE / RETURN

  • Goods sold are not returnable nor refundable.

 

NON-PICK UP / NON-DELIVERY

  • A storage charge of S$50/month will be levied for goods which payment has been made but not collected beyond 14 days.
  • Wine Journey has the right to dispose wines without further notice to the Customer, if the wines could not be delivered or the storage fees have not been paid within 3 months from the date of purchase.
  • Wine Journey shall have no liability to the Customer in respect of the disposal in such circumstances.
  • Wine Journey accepts no responsibility for any claims from customers regarding quantity or quality for goods that are not being collected after the agreed scheduled delivery date.
