The Producer
Arnaud Lambert joined the winery founded by his father in 2005. The domaine covers about 30 hectares of vineyards in the appellations of Saumur and Saumur-Champigny. The viticulture was converted organic in 2009 and biodynamic in 2018, in the pursuit to un-earth the true potential of each terroir. Today, Arnaud is known as one of the most prominent Loire growers practising low-intervention, precise winemaking, remakably distinguished from the mass-producing cooperatives that dominate the region.
